1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service define the rules for providing electronic services by Pro-Welding Industry Services Sp. z o.o., headquartered at Kropidło 41, 32-218 Słaboszów, Poland, NIP: PL 6591556205, REGON: 52760991900000, KRS: 0001081564, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider,” via the website www.pro-welding.eu.

1.2. The Terms of Service specify the rights and obligations of users using the website and clients using the services provided by the Service Provider.

1.3. Each user must read and accept these Terms of Service before using the Service Provider’s services.

1.4. The Service Provider provides services in accordance with applicable laws, including:

The Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services,
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),
The Act of May 10, 2018, on personal data protection,
The Civil Code.

2. Definitions

2.1. Service Provider – Pro-Welding Industry Services Sp. z o.o.

2.2. User – any individual, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the services provided electronically by the Service Provider.

2.3. Client – a User who places an order for services or products offered by the Service Provider.

2.4. Services – all services offered by the Service Provider via the website, including industrial welding services, steel structure assembly, maintenance, and repair of welding installations.

2.5. Terms of Service – this document defining the rules for using the Service Provider’s services.

2.6. Website – the website available at www.pro-welding.eu.

2.7. User Account – an individual account created by the User on the Website, allowing access to additional features and services.

2.8. Personal Data – information identifying a natural person, processed by the Service Provider in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3. Types and Scope of Services

3.1. The Service Provider offers the following services:

Professional welding services,
Assembly and disassembly of steel structures,
Repair and maintenance of metal components,
Technical support and consultancy in welding technology,
Subcontracting services in the industrial sector.

3.2. The Service Provider may periodically expand or modify the range of offered services. The current catalog of services is available on the Website.

3.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to provide services in the event of:

Technical impossibility to perform the service,
Incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Client,
Violation of the Terms of Service by the Client.

4. Conditions for Using the Services

4.1. Using the Website and the Service Provider’s services requires a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

4.2. The User agrees to use the Website in compliance with applicable laws, social norms, and these Terms of Service.

4.3. The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Website for maintenance, upgrades, or in case of technical issues.

5. Liability of the Service Provider

5.1. The Service Provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by:

Failures of telecommunication systems beyond the Service Provider’s control,
Force majeure events,
Actions of third parties beyond the Service Provider’s influence.

5.2. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of improper use of the Website by the User.

6. Personal Data Protection

7. Complaints and Disputes

7.1. All complaints regarding service provision must be submitted via email to info@pro-welding.eu within 14 days from the date the issue occurred.

7.2. The Service Provider will review complaints within 14 business days.

7.3. In case of disputes arising from the execution of the contract, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the competent court for the Service Provider’s registered office will have jurisdiction.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Terms of Service are effective from the date of publication on the Service Provider’s website.

8.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any changes via the Website.
